Open Youtube Studio Button #11

use channel data and make an action that does this for folks -

https://studio.youtube.com/channel/{CHANNEL_ID}/livestreaming/manage

This option is now available when users have no streams to connect to, they now have an option to open the YT Dashboard.

Otherwise users can easily create a button with the link above
