Format text messages for different intoxication levels #93

summary:

added username field in authorization
formatted different messages for each level of intoxication
added link to user's location using Google Maps api

to get functional button, add 2 lines to contactDetailView.swift:

let twilioSMSManager = TwilioSMSManager()
twilioSMSManager.sendSMS(level: 0, contactsManager: contactsManager)

steps to test:

add new contact
tap "send message" on the contact detail page to send messages to all contacts
change levels from 0 to 3 for different messages
