Feature Request: Enable GitAuto to feedback to the issuer if GitAuto wonders what to do (like human engineers) before moving forward

Problem

If the issue content like title, description, and comments are vague or less descriptive, GitAuto fails to complete a pull request for the issue.

Current Solution

At this moment, GitAuto tries to resolve the issue whatever it is without asking back to the issuer like "what is it?" or "What do you want me to do?" or "Tell me more details!". Then GitAuto fails to complete the PR for the issue.

Proposed Solution

1. Add a function calling to comment back in the issue comments
2. Add the function calling to assistants
3. Ends the loop if the function is called.
