can't setup bito with vscode plugin #221

Env: windows wsl Plugin: vscode plugin Desc: when using vscode plugin, click the Let's Start button, then using Toggle Developer tools, catch the following errors

http://10.255.255.254:60757/open-link-in-external-browser?processSilently=true net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT, but i ping 10.255.255.254, the network is connected.

Can you please follow documentation and let us know if after following steps to connect to SSH/WSL you are able to user Bito?
