invalid user name or password after Tomcat 7 update to 7.0.104-0116 #1338

Hi,

we run gitblit-1.9.1 (war file) on an actual Synology Disk Station with Tomcat 7 / Java 8. Today, there has been an automatic update of Tomcat 7 to 7.0.104-0116, but now no account can login to gitblit, neither per https nor ssh. I have tried to change some passwords manually to an easy plain text PW doesn't help too.

Any idea?

No idea why and how, but deinstalling Tomcat 7 and setting it up from scratch solved the problem.
