Is there a copyright issue with accessing Tidal in this way? I haven’t used Tidal before. If I want to deploy Hifi Tui myself, do I need to register with Tidal?

For Personal, Use You can listen for free without needing an account, but you can't download / distribute as it's against copyright laws.
