Feature Request: Allow to specify the phone book id for name resolution #28

Recent improvements of the 7490 firmware allow things, such as import and sync with a Google contact list. At present this cannot be the default phone book (id 0); hence, the feature request to allow an entry in the openhab config file which specifies the phonebook id to be used for name resolution.

I support your request - I would like to select my Google-synched phonebook as well
