[Resume] Integrate with GitHub API #3

Remove the trouble of getting and uploading the Candidate's Resume, instead fetch the relevant profile info from GitHub Profile of the Candidate which can be used to generate the email

Is anyone working on this yet? I'm a beginner, but trying to get my feet wet with Gitcoin, as well as the ETH ecosystem generally, & this feels like it could be an approachable task!

Not sure what's the future plan for coldoutreach but I personally would like to see it deployed on production to help recruiters reaching out to potential candidates. I'll let @owocki share a plan of action for this. Thanks!

i personally would like to see it deployed to production too, but i dont have the cycles to contribute as an engineer or as a product manager.

i'd like to see someone else pick it up and run with it; i'd even through some funding and a Gitcoin Grant your way, whoever you are, if you're out there! i also think that this would make a great project for the consensys labs protospoke program ( https://consensys.net/labs/ ) -- This program is how Gitcoin got its start at Consensys, so it def has legs for the right founder!
