Design Grant Round Countdown #353

User Story

When I want to participate in a Gitcoin Grant round, I want to know how much time up until the round starts so that I can come back and participate.

what's the state of it after it ends? just 0d 0h 0m 0s?

@frankchen07 once it ends we should replace it with the actual GR10 banner with the sponsor logos and all

just to reiterate the problem we're facing:

  1. clarity on when exactly the next round starts
  2. clarity on when the round ends
  3. showcase on who sponsors the round

pre-round: countdown banner to start of round (with or without sponsors logos, will need to confirm with Scott) during round: countdown banner to end of round with sponsor logos post round: no countdown, just sponsor logos
