I know this bounty is over, but I am trying to create animated headers

the animated headers are cool! i wonder how theyd look on profiles. distracting or cool :P

Well need to figure out how to program mp4s/videos as supported background options in the codebase. I'm not sure how to do that.

animation I mean is not animation with mp4 or video format, but animation with svg format.

The video with the Mp4 format above is just a recording that I made.
