Decentralized Gitcoin Bot Stickers

One of my favorite thing about Gitcoin's brand is our beautiful repository of bots that I can stick on things.

We've got almost 2 dozen bots designed here and designed to go on hex stickers here. All of these comply with the hex sticker standard

One problem that I have is that I only have limited capacity to print these out and distribute to my local community. Because of this, the artwork is severely under-utillized!

I would like to remedy this by incentivizing others to print these stickers and give them out in their local communities. This is a bounty that will reimburse you for ordering 100 Robot stickers and distributing them in your local community.

Terms:

I will reimburse you up to $100. No more.
Asset must be one thats in this folder
Must comply with hex sticker standard
To claim the bounty, order stickers to be sent to your local address. Then submit a picture of your invoice (you may blur any personally identifiable info), your city/country, and a picture of a local meetup or prominent location where you stuck the stickers.
When your submission is accepted, you will be reimbursed for the cost of printing the stickers.

As someone who does a lot of work in the arts and graphic design, I will order the stickers conforming to the standards specified. I live in Chicago and often go to train stations and blockchain meetups so will post the stickers where I can and hand then out to other blockchain developers. 2) crisgarner has started work.

The idea is to buy stickers and print a lot of them to share them with the Blockchain community in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. The plan is to give them on Meetups. 3) charlie4biz has started work.

Just for fun. Will order for stickers to be distributed 4) cihlas86 has started work.

Thanks @owocki ... it was a bit high -prob cause of all the editing I made mulesoft do. They said next time it would be $102 ... @kuhnchris how are you getting such a good price for your stickers?

Well, first of all I'm in europe, i tried to source locally (or from china), but only found anything around weird prices from 60 EUR upwards. they are really "bottom line basic stickers", e.a. die cut + transparent on PVC, printed on a large sheet. Splitting those would have added an additional 7 EUR, but I use scissors, and to distribute and put them somewhere I can always use a piece of the whole sheet. Sadly they do not offer an international page, but that's the basic link: https://www.druck.at/produkte/kleber/klebefolien/50x50/kontur/transparent/ Run-down: 100 Stickers (same design, not various types, sadly.), 63 EUR with tax, 6 EUR for shipping within Austria, minus 8% for promotional code they distribute on their page right now. = 64,48 EUR in total. They do include an expert check before printing to ensure the design works and is readable, so the turn around time is about 3 days, you can choose delivery times from the order form tho. They offer loads of cool stuff like banners and other things, but, I never used them before. So that's a first for me aswell.

Let's see how it turns out. ;-)

(I actually put my eggs into the Alibaba/Aliexpress basket, but 100 seems to be too low of a batch size to be of any interest)

Cool Europe is cheaper than the US on something that's new. Yea with Stickermule they cut them for you and you can upload multiple designs. I recommend people going to: https://www.stickermule.com/quick-order if in the U.S. rather than the regular site because this way you can upload multiple designs without getting hit with a fee for them fixing the resolution. Not sure I would go alibaba/express on this unless we want to do one big order and be ready to wait 6-8 weeks.

There we go, they arrived friday last week already, but I had an emergency and went to the hospital, so I wasn't able to throw up images yet. Turns out that we are not allowed to stick stuff to public places over here... kinda sucks. I'll distribute them around local events tho (AWS Meetups, I think some crypto-related one in Vienna may also be of interest, etc.)

Finally, we were able to bring the stickers from NY to Honduras (Quality standards for stickers aren't good here). Attached some pictures of the stickers, meetups, and invoice.
