User Story As a Grant Hub Engineer, I want to deploy the Grant Hub subgraph to Fantom network so that I can index data on the Fantom network

Acceptance Criteria TBD

Fantom testnet is not supported on the subgraph...

@DanieleSalatti - I'm going to archive this ticket for now. We have a separate ticket for deploying to Fantom production
