Weird one ... we worked with Enzyme to unblock setting up a direct grants round. They set it up on ETH and now you can see from this link the round is showing as direct grants but then has QF Elements to it and now not allowing donations.
What should have happened instead?
They should be able to launch a plain jane direct grants round with rolling applications
