When reviewing applications as a manager, it is not possible to generate a transaction approving/rejecting projects. This does not appear to be specific to Manager.
What should have happened instead?
Compass wallet should function like Metamask in terms of wallet support. I was able to verify a user facing this issue with Compass was able to switch to Metamask and proceed.
