Update Quick Links in Scorer to Point to Relevant Documentation #1753

User Story:

As a developer using the Gitcoin Scorer app, I want Quick Links to point to specific, useful resources, So that I can easily find the information I need.

Acceptance Criteria

GIVEN I am on the Scorer app, WHEN I look at the Quick Links section, THEN the links should point to the updated URLs as specified in the recommendations.

“Sample Applications” Gitcoin Passport Sample App Gitcoin Allo Protocol Replace with… “Developer support” Ask #passport-builders Request meeting with Passport team Co-market your integration In the ‘Quick links’ recommendation, we include a ‘Tutorials and sample apps’ link, so we don’t need a separate section for that. We would, however, like to point developers to where they can get support.
