create a gitcoin passport scaffold-eth build #275

the objective of this bounty is to build a scaffold eth branch that runs as follows

  1. connect my wallet
  2. i press a button entitled "get my personhood score" and an alert pops up and says "you have a personhood score of X".
  3. you may use the same scoring algorithm that https://passport.gitcoin.co/ uses to calculate the personhood score
