from the other thread:
I like the idea and I would suggest the same for the other site - the funder should be able to look for a developer implementing the bugfix/feature and to look for another (senior) developer to review the implementation.
i also like the idea of a mentor matching system being built into the site..
@owocki this kinda aligns with what I had pinged you with earlier. Mentoring kinda solves this to a level !
If I’ve claimed an issue, it would be nice if there way a direct way for me to ask for help from the
watchers
and I could tip them for helping me out.( yes one can argue saying it’s possible now, where I tag folks and and tip them once they help out and my I solve the issue , but if gitcoin encouraged me to tip the watcher who helped me out, it would encourage more folks to be involved -> network -> more fun. Not sure if this would actually work but yeah )
When you say mentor matching ? Is it
or do you have something else entirely in your mind ?

Idea that came out of Ethereum Denver meetup last night:
It'd be interesting to assign a mentor/mentee relationship to a bounty. Basically, if developer decides to make a go to a bounty, they can ask another project member with more experience to mentor them on details where they'd add value, in exchange for some amount of the final payout.
