Post Alpha Round, reset the homepage and grants page with some new messaging.
Please test: there's a pip library called "bleach", which didn't have it's version pinned down in the base.txt file. That package got a version update on the 23rd of Jan, which was the cause of the wiki package error, which relies on the bleach package.
