These users each claimed they can complete the work by 7 months, 3 weeks ago. Please review their action plans below:

I would like to work in the backend of this project, probably I'll take 4~6 days to read the actual code and then start to code. I'm a high school student so I've only half of the day to work on that.

Would love to work on this one. I've got a Trello board going with a general action plan and questions here: https://trello.com/invite/b/0UhYkxaV/09bea376a81e349cf05a2443061081fb/dev-grants. Let me know if you have any questions or would like to see more added to the board. Thanks!

I can do the complete frontend in React.js. This would be my first issue on the Gitcoin network, but I already dove into Gitcoin and bounties.network by building this mobile app for issue exploring: https://github.com/th3build/bounties-app. Unfortunately Gitcoin announced their official app a few days before ours was set to launch... Oh well :)

Hey, there. I'm interested in working on this project. I see that the application date passed recently but I thought I'd check anyway. Also, just FYI: I think the Trello board linked to on the Github issue is open to the public since I was able to join it without permissions.
Thanks for your consideration!
Eric

i spoke to @captnseagraves on friday and we are going to have him PM the project. he has web dev skills + solidity skills, but we're looking to add a few folks to the project that compliment his skillset.
im gonna cancel this bounty. if anyone is interested in a part time (paid of course, probably by the hour) role supporting this scope, pls say hi in the channel and join the weekly call

Why
There are some great projects in the ecosystem, that already have a spec and someone excited about working on them... But just need a little bit of recurring financial support.
What
We would like for you, bounty hunter, to build Dev Grants. Dev Grants == Recurring CrowdFunded Financial Support.
It is expected that

There will be two persistence layers in this feature.
You will have to implement a bridge between the two layers. For inspiration, please checkout the
Please note that the eventual plan is to migrate this product to ERC 948 - Subscriptions ( https://github.com/ethereum/EIPs/issues/948 ) , but that will not happen until 948 has a solidified spec. You will not be expected to implement this within the scope of this bounty, but your architecture plan should account for this eventuality.
Bounty
This is a bounty to stitch together the
into a workable MVP for dev grants.
Gitcoin Support for Bounty Hunter
We will be available to support you via the Gitcoin Slack and also an optional weekly 1/2 hour call.
Applicant Criteria
I will be approving applicants for this bounty via the Gitcoin interface. Please only apply if you have the cycles (and ability) to turn this around in the next month.
I am listing this as a cooperative bounty. Depending upon the skillsets of those who apply, we may approve one bounty hunter to do it all, or we may approve multiple bounty hunters with complimentary skillsets and you will be expected to work well together and split the pot.
Timing
We will be accepting applications for the next several days (6/19 to 6/24). I will be reviewing applicants on Monday 6/25
