Replaced transaction tracking

Describe the bug I have issue with tracking of replaced transaction.

To Reproduce I was send transaction with too low gasprice, after that I resend transaction with more high gasprice on this issue https://gitcoin.co/funding/details/?url=https://github.com/airalab/robonomics_comm/issues/19, and finally, page have no reaction for transaction (in processing forever).

Expected behavior Should show "Replaced" and track new transaction.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• Browser Chome
• Browser Version 68

the best thing you can do now is ignore the txHash and filter for an event you care about
