You could also set up just a bot that mute user for certain words or timewise word count subject to be muted and would need to be manually unmuted. ( Just like a Discord channel )
It could save you lot of time and it could protect against trolls loll.
We could also set up a Ranking system, just for moderation maybe with the existing members and older members like me or anyone else, give them some superman power just to make some manual moderation also. It could help sometimes and if you guys need help about this, i can do this for free when i am online.
User Story
As a moderator when a user gets reported for spamming or posting bad content in the townsquare he should not be able to post and comment in the townsquare for 2 weeks or even more time
Why Is this Needed
Summary: We need a way to slow down spammers in the platform and this sounds to me a good implementation to solve that problem-
