Cache problem to check the number of issues for a user. #7901

Describe the bug

When I express an interest in a bounty I get the screen that says that I can only do 6 tasks simultaneously, and currently I have 3 tasks and a task that I already sent continues to appear as in progress

Possible Cause:

app/dashboard/views.py#202 Function def record_bounty_activity

just raised your limit to 10 issues; we should prob figure out why you perceive 4 active issues + the system perceives 10 tho

problems came back to my account I have 5 questions and the interpretive system I'm working on 10.
