Cannot claim grant match with Metamask on Brave (shields down) #8767

Describe the bug

When claiming grant round matching funds, Metamask wallet does not appear as an option while using Brave browser (shields down).

To Reproduce

  1. Add a grant as part of a matching round and receive some donations.
  2. After grant round ends, using Brave browser with shields down, click "Claim Match" button on your grant page. A modal should appear with the wallet connect options.

Expected behavior

Metamask should appear as a wallet option

I figured out the solution: the user needs to update the Brave extension settings so Web Provider for using Dapps is "MetaMask", as per https://metamask.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038596792-Using-Metamask-wallet-in-Brave-browser#.
