Add Coinbase Wallet integration to wallet connection options

User Story

As a user who is new to crypto/defi and only has a Coinbase account, I want to be able to connect my Coinbase Wallet extension to Gitcoin inside my browser to use with all of the great products on the site.

Description

Coinbase is one of the most used exchanges in the space. Adding compatibility to Gitcoin to work with Coinbase Wallet will allow more new users to get started right away with using our products. Coinbase is using WalletLink for the connection whose code is on Github here. You can find more information on Coinbase Wallet here and the Coinbase Wallet Browser Extension here.

Definition of Done

Connecting to wallet from Gitcoin has a Coinbase Wallet option
This Coinbase Wallet works just as Metamask does across the site (Grants, Bounties, tips, etc.)

I understand the requirement is to connect to coinbase wallet similar to metamask. I have experience working on web3, django and js libraries. I can start working on this issue.

Hi, I have a question I see we have "web3modal" integrated to show options to connect to wallet, for the new one how should I approach it option 1 is to add new menu below the current option "connect Wallet" or should I extend "web3modal" which will take more time.
