If the GitHub App doesn't work, you should remove it. Very confusing to install it and nothing happens. #34

@tedivm If you are not going to maintain/run https://github.com/apps/organization-manager anymore you should probably take it down. People seem to be installing it into their github org assuming that it is going to work and sync their settings, and then are confused when it doesn't work. It is great that the project is open source and people can run their own, but it is very confusing to install the app and nothing works/happens.

There also does not seem to be any good docs for the open source project, like how to build it, run it, etc.
