IE Missing (+/-) on Allele Applied Attributes #102

In IE, the attributes that would be granted by the allele on the top of the stack are shown as if they have already been applied, rather than with (+/-) like they should be.

In this picture, the last slow would actually be applied by the allele on the top of the stack, it's not an attribute the tower has currently.

Possibly related to #100?

Also, there are no +/- on attack types in IE.

@yeerkkiller1: Is this still an issue with the new infobar?

Pretty sure this has been fixed, although there are probably other new and exciting bugs with the new infobar. Closing, but feel free to reopen if this bug is confirmed with the new infobar.
