Not all available patterns can be added to diagram

2 out of 6 available patterns do not produce a pattern on diagram pane; 2 of 
the available patterns produce the same pattern on diagram pane.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. New project, new diagram
2. Toolbox->Patterns, left click/release on specific pattern (see below), 
selected pattern highlights green
3. Hoovering over diagram, the mouse is replaced by pointing finger
4. left click -> nothing, except for disappearing highlight in Toolbox pane.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected the Pattern Use window to pop-up, except nothing is showed. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
* OLED Version 0.9.31, Jun 26 2014
* OS: Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 (x64), build 1.10.015

Please provide any additional information below.
* Missing:  Patterns that do NOT produce a pattern, are: [Role], [Phase 
Partition]
* Available: Patterns that do produce a pattern, are: [Subkind], [Relator], 
[RoleMixin], [Subkind partition]
* Strange behaviour: The patterns [Subkind] and [Subkind Partition] produce the 
same pattern, at least visually

Hi,

First of all, thanks for the feedback. These patterns are still being developed 
in practice as well as being conceived theoretically by two master students. So 
as a work in progress we know that some of the patterns might not work as 
desired or might contain some errors here and there. We are just about to 
release a new version (perhaps next week) that will solve some of these issues. 
In this new version you will notice that the we change the names of the 
patterns, removed some of them, as well as added others.

Hi,

The newest version of OLED includes all these patterns and as far as we know 
they are all working appropriately. So I am closing this issue until new ones 
come up.
