Hopefully fixes all HTML errors found by Super Linter.
There were 10 errors found in 8 files.
Most of the errors were about the incorrect method to display the & character. It cannot be used literally. It must be escaped, as follows: &
The other errors were the lack of alt text for images.
Lastly, there was a stray that didn't have an opening tag - a real error!
