Redesigned nav bar and Updates page, fix tests #53

The navigation bar has been redesigned, and enabled on all pages including the home page. There is a screenshot at https://github.com/gitenberg-dev/giten_site/issues/52#issuecomment-337331425.

There is a new Updates page which contains all of the newsletters on the site so that they can be viewed on a single page.

Also, the Get Involved page has also been updated by replacing the mailing list subscription (which is also on the home page) with helpful Github tutorials for beginners, as well as a link to download Git for Windows, since Git is not preinstalled on Windows.
