link? you mean the dead "gitenberg.github.io" below GITenberg? yes, get rid of it

It'd be somewhere in here. https://github.com/gitenberg-dev/giten_site/tree/master/gitensite/apps/content/templates

On top of the new giten_site (current repo), there's a black bar that serves as a site-wide header. On the new homepage, it's redundant.

This is as much a note to myself to do it later. I've added myself as the assignee - should have done that before.
