It's a minimal, but functional site.

How about tests so we don't have to figure out what pages are supposed to work?

I've got giten_site running on my laptop, so this can't be too terrible. I'll merge, then we can start creating issues.

Thanks. Sorry for the delay with testing. Seth and I haven't had a chance to work on this for a while, but hopefully will be doing some things tonight.
