css for printing panels #52

Printing a page with panels will not keep the style and color appearing on the wiki page. Could you please make it possible to print the panels in a way that seems like the wiki page ?

I have the same problem with printing text, e.g. Zeit: <text type="primary">**100**</text> Jahre On the screen the text "100" is blue, but on the print it is black.
