make the table header to stay visible on very long tables #3

Hi Lotar, following Klap-In advice here : https://github.com/splitbrain/dokuwiki/issues/1243#issuecomment-123596853 , I'm wondering if you would envisage to add this feature to your plugin : In Tiki, when you've got a long tables and if you are scrolling down, the header of the table stay a the top (and it disappears if you're scrolling downer). Example : http://www.linuxmao.org/Catégorie+enregistreurs+éditeurs+audio
