Adding a config to enable and disable stacked pills on sidebar #392

Description

This is a request to add a config whether or not we use stacked pills on sidebar.

There may be a case that disabling stacked pills (like a default DokuWiki template) is more appropriate than using them, but currently it seems that the stacked pills can't be disabled. It'll be more convenient if you add the config to achieve the purpose.
