Plugin tagalerts not working with bootstrap 3 theme #551

Description

I updated dokuwiki to Hogfather and the tagalerts plugin does not work anymore (It's used to color or apply css style on the tags). The classes like tagerror are not applied on the tags anymore, while changing the theme for something not bootstrap makes it work again.
