Rename common directory to config #164

In this PR i am proposing renaming common to config. The directory only seems to contain config data so it seems fitting to be called config rather than common (unless i have misunderstood the purpose of the common directory :smile:). I have also updated the example config and moved this into the new config directory.

A further refactoring to this would be to remove the development and production configs from the repo all toghether as these will be the users config. This can not be currently done as there is not sufficient documentation on the user can create a config.
