Shrink, hide reply box until 'r' or 'reply' pressed

Please describe the feature or enhancement in as much detail as possible:

As above, would make a little more space for those emails where the reply box 
isn't used.

Just to be sure we're looking at the same thing. You want to hide the attached 
area unless the buttons in the top right of the message are clicked or a reply 
is started with a hotkey?
