This is actually extremely difficult because of the way the rows are actually 
structured. If you try to change widths of things it all just freaks out. Not 
really worth the hassle for 20px. The hide unstarred stars option will have to 
do for now.

I'll keep the issue open because if I ever figure out how to do it, I will
