Alignment issues on settings page #154

Each time I go to settings everything changes position and it's really weird. 
I've noticed this only in Google Chrome with Minimalist Everything enabled. 
It's pretty easy to recreate, just go to "Settings" and everything will become 
unaligned. 

I've attached a screenshot for clear viewing and understanding. It's not like 
it's a big deal, I just found it strange.

I can't replicate the issue on any of my setups. Please try disabling options 
to isolate the root cause.

This issue can only be replicated if you have the new Google Bar and you hide 
the "Settings Cog", when the "Settings Cog" is hidden the alignment changes.
