Animate Transitions cuts out Multiple Inboxes lab (Gmail)

What is the problem? Describe completely:

Minimalist version   - 0.5.17
Relevant core module - Minimalist for GMail
Chrome version       - 16
Operating System     - Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Language             - English
Google Apps user?    - Yes
Other extensions     - Adblock Plus, Stumbleupon

Please provide any additional information below and attach screenshots if
relevant.

When 'Animate Transitions' is turned on, the main inbox fills the screen, 
causing the Multiple Inbox Lab (when places on the right hand side) to be 
pushed out of the view of the user.
