Hide Header not working #48

What is the problem? Describe completely:
Hiding individual items (search button, logo, etc) works though.

Minimalist version   - 0.5.6
Relevant core module - Minimalist for Google Reader
Chrome version       - 17.0.942.0
Operating System     - Vista
Language             - English
Google Apps user?    - No
Other extensions     - All were disabled when I took the screenshots

You are likely ahead of me on the release curve (I don't have a Send-to button 
in the item footer). When it breaks for me I'll fix it, until then there is not 
much I can do.
