Hide gadget section & gadget/chat parent pane #92

Would like to be able to hide the gadget section in Gmail.  Sometimes, a 
mouseover expands that section, but other times, it can be expanded by clicking 
on the 3 dots in the lower left hand corner.

Note: If hide gadgets and hide chat are both selected, their re-sizable parent 
container should be hidden as well.
