Missing "Use custom CSS" #94

Before "for everything", there was a "use custom css" on the general tab. In 
this, I would use the following to remove the (stupid) Insightly plug-in my 
company's sales staff uses that I have zero need for.

div.hi, div.hi { display: none !important; }

Any change of getting it back?
