Add support for Dell Z9332F (TH3) as spine

• [x] Check for the latest firmware on Dell website, add it to the githedgehog/onie-catalog repo
• [x] Update switch to the onie from our catalog
• [x] Publish onie-updater to our org and add it to the versions catalog
• [x] Add switch profile for Dell Z9332F
• [x] Replace DS4000-2 in the env-2 wiring with Dell Z9332F
• [x] Run basic tests to make sure it's working as expected
• [x] Turn off the other spine (DS4000-1) and make sure it's working as expected as the only spine

Notes:

• Dell Z9332F seems to be exactly the same as DS4000 but still all speeds/ports should be checked
• DS4000-2 is replaced with Dell Z9332F in the env-2 with all cables in the same spots incl. serial console
