[x] Tableview of Comments NSArray
[x] StickyFooter with current username + Textfield + Comment Button
[x] nstimer timer constantly fetching Comments from Parse DB + tableview.reloadData
[x] when textfield tapped, animate view to move up
[x] comment delegate to update the post detail view
