This is a PR that is based on the original PR referenced here: https://github.com/sbv-world-health-org-metrics/sbv-world-health-org-metrics/pull/114

This was originally reverted but has since been reworked to include the necessary changes to get this to play nicely on pages. You can view the staging pages here: https://sbv-world-health-org-metrics.github.io/sbv-world-health-org-metrics-staging/

The major changes that took place that fixed our issues since the revert:

Fixing the nested CSS issue in react-data-grid
Introducing a build step that exports basePath for us that's set in .next.config.js
