Key community files added:

CODEOWNERS.md: Assigned repository ownership to @martedesco.
CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md: Added a comprehensive code of conduct for contributors.
CONTRIBUTING.md: Provided detailed instructions for potential contributors.
LICENSE.txt: Added the MIT License to the project.
SECURITY.md: Defined the process for reporting security vulnerabilities.
SUPPORT.md: Outlined how to file issues and get help.

Updates to README.md:

Removed the line Your organization must be enrolled in the GitHub Copilot API private alpha.
Added sections for License, Maintainers, and Support.
