New repositories copy pull requests from starter repository #1800

Feature request :sparkles:

Would it be possible to copy pull requests from the starter repo (and i guess the pull request branch as well) into the students assignment repo. Pull Request assignments would be great for an introductory assignment, or even advanced ones.

E.g. Given this Pull request find bugs, style issues, and coding optimizations. How to leave constructive feed back.
