Return to classroom after creating new org, granting access #2444

Currently, users who sign up for Classroom often wind up marooned in dotcom when they try to create an organization or try to grant access to one. Based on the inquiry initiated by @d12: https://github.com/github/github/issues/120061#issuecomment-542834615 and effort by @natashaU: https://github.com/github/github/issues/127297, we'd like to redirect users back to Classroom after they create a new organization and/or grant access to an organization.
