Unable to create private repos for classroom assignments #2514

Describe the bug Unable to select private repositories -- even though I've been approved as faculty

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create an assignment
  2. Attempt to select "Private Repository"

Expected behavior I should be able to select private repository

Additional context School starts on 1/13 and I will be assigning homework that Thursday.

Hi @nag11nag. You may need to upgrade the organization account that's associated with your classroom so we can apply the benefit to the GitHub organization that you intend to use for your classroom. https://classroom.github.com/help/upgrade-your-organization
